Pain and movement limitations can keep you from training, competing, or simply enjoying everyday life. Performance Therapy is designed to identify why you’re experiencing pain or restricted movement, not just temporarily relieve symptoms.

Each session combines assessment, hands-on treatment, and individualized exercises to help reduce discomfort, improve mobility, and restore efficient movement.
